You like direct customer contact and communicate clearly and understandably at all levels and in project teams. You recognize customer requirements, develop solutions and coordinate implementation to the satisfaction of everyone involved. You enjoy the daily work with IT platforms such as Azure, Power BI or the MS Power platform as well as data analysis with R/Python. You have also already gained experience in the field of product management. You have a recognized bachelor's or master's degree, several years of professional experience, ideally at least two years in consulting and in the real estate sector, and an impeccable reputation.
As Senior Consultant/Expert Data & Analytics (m/f/d) you know how to design and master the interaction between various real estate management tasks and the IT systems used for them.

- Exciting and varied customer projects in the real estate industry on the topics of data management and analytics as well as digitization
- Assumption of own project responsibility in data & analytics as well as digitization projects
- Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau)
- Data modeling and engineering (SQL Server, Dataverse)
- Statistical Modeling/Exploratory Data Analysis (R, Python)
- Ideally automation, apps (MS Power Platform)
- Further development of our sustainability tool in product management, including the relevant stakeholders (sustainability team, customers)
- Help design or take over the product roadmap
- Responsible for code base (Github)
- Responsibility for coordination and prioritization of the development pipeline (Azure DevOps)
- Coordination of feature implementation
- Significant help in shaping the architecture (MS Azure)
- Responsibility for data model and data
- Catching bugs and answering questions about calculation logic
- Monitoring of the operation of technical resources
- Support in the acquisition of new projects in the field of data & analytics as well as other business development tasks related to data and digitization
- Project work in our office in Zurich, directly on site at the customer or at one of our locations in Bern, Basel, Lausanne or St. Gallen
- Strong exchange with your teammates at the headquarters in Zurich
