• Manage the Product Data Managers in Bolligen and manage the Medapro team in Aarburg via a local team leader
• Ensuring data quality and ongoing improvement of the same
• Optimization of workflows
• Coordination of the various systems and processes
• data harmonization
• Maintenance and refinement of product information in ERP and PIM (attributes, descriptive texts, images, data and safety sheets)
• Data import and export processes
• Project management and project support across the entire group
• Publish workflow for print media
• Super users of Hybris, Akeneo and other systems, develop knowledge of Medapro

• commercial Basic training (EFZ), ideally with further training in project management, purchasing and/or team leadership
• PIM system and data governance experience
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Basic knowledge of PhotoShop and InDesign
• Basic knowledge in the assessment of media assets
• Languages: German, French an advantage
