The Production & Technology department stands for needs-based and cost-efficient production of media content for all sales channels and for providing the optimal technology for the entire value chain of SRF.

What are your responsibilities?

SRF offers a wealth of multimedia data - from text to audio to video. As part of the Artificial Intelligence team, you know how this data can be used profitably for the media company. You can bring your experience to bear in the development, integration and operation (MLOps) of AI services. A modern technology stack, cloud infrastructure and an agile way of working support you, together with the team, in further digitizing the media process at SRF. In the Artificial Intelligence Team you will be involved in the following topics:
  • Development and integration of AI services using state-of-the-art machine learning methods and diverse, multimedia data from various sources
  • Conception and provision of MLOps workflows and ensuring a sustainable, efficient and resilient operation of the AI ​​services
  • Contribution of your AI expertise in formulating requirements and supporting initiatives
  • Active setting of new technical and methodological impulses, among other things to strengthen the data culture at SRF

What are you bringing with you?

  • Several years of experience in programming with Python and the common ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, Scikit-Learn)
  • Practical experience in operating ML services (MLOps) in the cloud and using infrastructure as code (preferably AWS or Pulumi)
  • Enjoy working with unstructured and heterogeneous data
  • Good knowledge of German and English as well as excellent teamwork and communication skills
