Your challenge
- Work closely with Product Owners and Software Architects to build solutions to fulfill the product vision
- Design and configure containerized Openshift application platform solutions with a focus on application concerns
- Provide mentoring to the teams in the best practices associated with CI/CD deployments using GitLab
- Write and build continuous delivery pipelines to manage and automate the lifecycle of the different platform components
- Leveraging cloud native architecture pattern using Data and Test Driven Development (TDD), continuous integration/continuous delivery, in an on-premise or public-cloud (Azure) environment, where everything is automated
- Support in setting up a highly automated instance deployment (development, test, integration, production)
- Installation and operation of the DevOps tool landscape
- Act as release and environment manager
Your profile
- This role is a hands-on role that requires a passion to code, test and deliver quality pipelines, with a focus on automation, continuous improvement and non-functional testing.
- You have solid experience with Automation Software (e.g. GitLab, Bamboo, Jenkins) and Container Platforms (e.g. Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker)
- Familiarity with security best practices regarding containerisation and virtual machines
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, autonomous, and ambiguous environment
- You have a constant desire to learn, improve, and help others improve
- Experience in Agile processes, analytical, solution driven, keen to details and quality, ability to work with a team
- Fluent in English and German
