As an acute hospital as well as a special and rehabilitation clinic, the Swiss Paraplegic Center (SPZ) ensures comprehensive medical care for patients with spinal cord injury, spinal disorders and those who are weaned from artificial respiration. With our clinical research, we continuously review and promote medical services across the entire treatment spectrum. We employ around 1500 people from 100 professions. As a subsidiary of the Swiss Paraplegic Foundation, we play a key role in shaping the unique service network for paraplegics. The SPC explained in 9 letters: QRB-ARL-PFM on thecube.ch.
The IT department in the Swiss Paraplegic Center ensures IT services for the entire paraplegic group and for other customers.
For our ICT team, we are looking for a committed personality as ICT Clinical Data Warehouse Manager 100% with immediate effect or by appointment.

• Together with the experts, you will develop a BI strategy for setting up our clinical data warehouse.

• You organize and lead workshops and record the needs of the departments in order to map them

• You are responsible for traceability and compliance with data consistency.

• You will identify the needs and expectations of the client and develop solution proposals and decision-making bases

• You independently implement new requirements with the supplier, test them, plan and carry out maintenance windows, changes and release changes

• You are responsible for the budget of the systems you oversee

• In the incident process you are responsible for the 2nd resp. 3rd level support responsible
• You will coordinate tasks between application users and IT departments

You have a degree in computer science, medical or business informatics and have in-depth experience in healthcare,
ETL processes, relational database structures, Oracle and SQL. You are enthusiastic about project work, are open to new things and are characterized by your high level of customer orientation. You are a team player and communicate fluently in German (orally and in writing). High flexibility, reliability and social skills complete your profile.
