To strengthen our team of about 30 highly skilled engineers in Lindau (Germany) we are looking to hire a motivated, engaged and experienced:

Job Description
  • Algorithm design and implementation ensuring real time performance
  • Problem/Product analysis and requirements definition
  • Test and validation of developed algorithms
  • Maintain and extend existing software
  • Guide and improve the software development process
  • Live tests on demo vehicle
Qualifications
  • Masters degree or similar degree in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field
  • Already working experience in Automotive: AD & ADAS / Robotics / ML
  • Experience with fundamental computer vision algorithms and approaches such as Image processing, Machine learning, Multi-view geometry / 3D reconstruction
  • Familiar with at least one of the following fields: SLAM, Localization, Visual Odometry, 3D reconstruction, 3D Mapping or Deep Learning
  • Proficiency in software development and experience in developing algorithms for autonomous and/or real-time systems
  • Experience with software development for real-time systems
  • Excellent proficiency in software development, C/C++ and Python programming
  • Experience with OpenCV, PCL and other CV libraries
  • Comfortable working on Linux and Windows systems for cross platform development
  • Experience with Git, Jira, CMake, Doxygen, Continuous Integration, Docker
  • Experience with developing software for ROS (Robot Operating System) – Highly desirable
  • Experience with parallelization tasks (e.g. using vector processing, multi-threading, OpenCL, CUDA etc.) – Highly desirable
  • Fluent language skills in English language are required
