The site in Visp, Switzerland is growing and for our Biologics organization, we are currently looking for a Manager for Process and Data Analytics (to join the MSAT Team) in Microbial Operation, to support our Microbial manufacturing assets. The MSAT Manager for Process and Data Analytics is a key role within Microbial Operations. Responsibilities and activities focus on the management and use of Statistica Enterprise / GDM (Global Data Mart). Key responsibilities:
Support of Statistica Enterprise (Global Data Mart - GDM) for all process related data
Process parameter data compilation and transfer management to the GDM production system
Validating GDM objects and creating queries (SQL)
Set-up a continuous process verification (CPV) and creation and customization of control charts
Representing MSAT Microbial as GDM SME within Lonza global network
Responsible for statistical evaluation of data and support of data driven investigations
Support process improvement projects, troubleshooting and/or Operational Excellence initiatives by providing expert knowledge in statistical tools and software (e.g. JMP, SeeQ, SIMCA)
Application of simulation tools for process planning and evaluation
Key requirements:
Bachelor, Master's degree or PhD in Data Engineering or related discipline such as bioprocess engineering
Significant experience in the area of biopharma process monitoring and data analysis, preferably in Microbial manufacturing
GMP experience and understanding of bioprocess technology and compliance requirements
Very good planning and organizing skills, including project management and risk management skills
Proficient in statistics and statistical tools (e.g. MVA, etc.)
Excellent communication skills in English. German is a plus
