As a Product Data Engineer, you will be part of the Product Engineering BiMOS. In this position, you are in a key function and collaborate with BiMOS high-power semiconductor production, research & development and IT department based in Lenzburg, Switzerland. You will be responsible for the definition and development of the fab-wide data strategy.
Your responsibilities
- Apply data mining with machine-based learning on process and product data as basis for new projects aimed at achieving sustainable improvements
- Drive and execute improvement projects to optimize data integrity and data accessibility with the help of Six Sigma, 8D, and other methods
- Maintenance and continuous improvement of existing master data
- Maintenance of our data base as well as support and development of the reporting systems (including training of users and creation or new reports)
Your background
- Master’s degree in physics, data engineering or similar
- Programming knowledge of Python, C++ and similar
- Experience in handling various software solutions such as Access and SAP, Knowledge of any MES is a plus
- Sound knowledge of problem-solving methods and statistical evaluation
- Ability to work within an international environment, complemented by well-developed communication skills
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken (level B2/C1)
