Your challenge

  • Support of the Client Data Management department in the opening of clients (natural persons) including formal and material control of the account opening documents

  • Mutations of client data

  • Providing information in case of internal inquiries

Your profile

  • Completed commercial or equivalent training, preferably in the financial sector

  • Professional experience in the area of formalities / account openings and knowledge in the area of compliance

  • In addition to your German mother tongue, you have a good command of English

  • You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have Avaloq experience

  • You are considered reliable, independent, team-oriented and able to work under pressure

  • You have good assertiveness and are used to taking responsibility

  • You are characterized by a very precise and efficient way of working, as well as a high level of communication skills and a strong service mentality
