Your challenge

Support of the Client Data Management department in the opening of clients (natural persons) including formal and material control of the account opening documents

Mutations of client data

Providing information in case of internal inquiries
Your profile
-
Completed commercial or equivalent training, preferably in the financial sector

Professional experience in the area of formalities / account openings and knowledge in the area of compliance

In addition to your German mother tongue, you have a good command of English

You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have Avaloq experience

You are considered reliable, independent, team-oriented and able to work under pressure

You have good assertiveness and are used to taking responsibility

You are characterized by a very precise and efficient way of working, as well as a high level of communication skills and a strong service mentality
