your responsibility

  • Responsible for building the enterprise data warehouse and BI landscape based on Microsoft Azure technologies
  • Further development, optimization and operation of the data warehouse and the BI landscape
  • Analysis of the technical requirements and the derivation of suitable data models for BI, analytics, portals and/or interfaces
  • Shaping the future of our modern self-service BI culture in an interdisciplinary BI Competence Center
  • Projects closely related to digital transformation and the switch to data-driven business models

your skill

  • You have completed an apprenticeship as a computer scientist with business administration training or a bachelor's/master's degree in business informatics and at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of data warehousing and business intelligence
  • You have practical experience with the Microsoft DWH and BI technology stack (SQL, DAX, Power BI) and you are also very familiar with modern data warehouse architectures
  • You have already gained initial experience in dealing with the cloud-based Azure DWH tool stack (Data Factory, Data Lake, Data Bricks, Synapse, etc.).
  • You move confidently in an agile DWH / BI environment and always find a solid and sustainable solution.
  • You have already been able to demonstrate your stylistically confident spoken and written German skills, as well as additional language skills in English and French (advantageous).
