Group IT is hiring a Head Data & Analytics CoE (Center of Excellence). In this newly created position you will report directly to the CIO. In order to successfully anchor the Data Driven Implenia initiative throughout the group, you will continue to expand and shape the project-oriented team and jointly promote the Data & Analytics Center of Excellence for Implenia internationally. The place of work is at our new location in the Ambassador House in Zurich-Opfikon and from your home office .

Tasks:

• Establishment or expansion of a Center of Excellence (CoE) in the field of data & analytics
• Strategic tracking of technological trends to support the "Data Driven Implenia" initiative
• Defining and implementing data governance, platforms & technology (data architecture, AI/ML, IoT) and data science developments
• Define and implement the technological agenda together with colleagues from the operational divisions and corporate functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or IT with appropriate specialist training
• > 3 years of experience and implementation of AI, ML, Data Science projects
• Experience in building and coaching teams
• Good flair to respond to and encourage their employees
• You are enthusiastic about the latest trends and technologies in the field of data science, AI, analytics and big data
• Good knowledge of German and English
