(Senior) Software Engineer for finite element method (FEM) (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks

• Further development of our finite element simulation programs
• Development of models and efficient numerical algorithms for the simulation of sheet metal forming and/or BiW assembly processes
• Validation of the developed software components
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Close cooperation with our Product Managers and the Application Engineers

Your profile

• Degree or doctorate in forming technologies, mechanics, civil engineering or computer science
• Strong technical interest and pleasure to work on complex problems in the area of advanced computational simulation
• Good programming skills in C
• Team Player with a strong commitment to problem solving
• Good knowledge of English required. Understanding of German desirable

This role is based in Zurich (Switzerland) or Esslingen (Germany).
