- Advice and support for users in the practical use of the business management system
- Maintenance and administration of the CRM system
- Participation in process optimization (change management)
- Quality assurance tasks as part of data quality management
- Participation in projects and test management
your profile
- Completed commercial training (Profile M) or equivalent training
- 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in the financial sector
- ICT affinity
- Analytical skills and good time management
- Team player with a high solution and service orientation
- Independent, structured, conscientious way of working and organizational skills
- Stylistically confident knowledge of German or French and very good knowledge of the other language

The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) is the Swiss government body responsible for financial regulation. This includes the supervision of banks, insurance companies, stock exchanges and securities dealers, as well as other financial intermediaries in Switzerland.
The FINMA is an independent institution with its own legal personality based in Bern. It is institutionally, functionally and financially independent from the central federal administration and the Federal Department of Finance and reports directly to the Swiss parliament.
