We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer that is a Support Specialist.

The Support Specialist is responsible for delivering first level support to Assetmax clients on time.

  • Provide first level support to clients in adherence with the company’s service quality and communication policies.
  • Ensure that all support requests are covered.
  • Identify 2nd level support requests, delegate them, track their coverage.
  • Identify backoffice-related support requests , delegate them to the backoffice team.
  • Document all interaction with clients.
  • Setup of bank links, FIX and data feed connections.
  • Represent the company in front of the customers.
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments of Assetmax.
  • Identifies functionality, documentation, usability weaknesses and submit sprint candidates to improve the application.

  • Knowledge of wealth management business and basic knowledge of programming (script bash, python) as a plus.
