As the Data Analyst Client & E-business your mission is to enable data-based decision making. Strongly connected to the departments of Product, Marketing, Communication, Retail, Supply Chain, Finance etc., the Digital Data Analyst will set the data vision for reporting digital, e-commerce and client data across teams and audiences. You will be expected to use your analytical ability, digital business and client knowledge, and interpersonal skills to drive a variety of high-impact projects. You will help develop the digital, client-centric mindset across the organizations. You are a hands-on expert who is able to define a problem, requirements, define the analytical approach, design the analytical output and design for automation.

You will be responsible for managing the overall client data of the Maison while developing the client knowledge/the client intelligence across the organization. You will also be the main Piaget contact for client data protection topics. You will leverage techniques from econometrics and statistics to measure the client experience and its impact on their engagement and economics.

You will be the liaising with the Group’s Data Office, Group Technology teams and division to ensure consistent and accurate processing of business data.

You will make an impact by:

  • Designing, developing and maintaining scaled, automated, user-friendly reports, dashboards that will support our internal partners, including the Exco team
  • Driving development of tools, reporting improvements, and automation, and creating new, automated, innovative and insightful reports
  • Analyzing and evaluating data quality, troubleshooting data issues, developing and proposing new metrics, guiding data maintenance (e.g. cleansing, deduplication)
  • Managing the data flows between the different systems (accuracy & consistency)
  • Providing insights and guidance to inform strategic & tactical planning for client and business
  • Supporting prioritization projects launches and initiatives by developing and validating requirements with business and development teams and estimating and monitoring client and business impact
  • Being the voice of the Client, CRM, Omni-Channel and E-commerce department for weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual reporting
  • Partnering with other data leaders throughout Richemont to effective solutions
  • Providing guidance and training functional teams and markets for ad hoc data requests. Building a source-of-truth (operational business metrics decks and key performance indicators) for client and e-commerce data consistent to RIC for both HQ & markets.
  • Training and supporting the stakeholders and markets in the proper use of the client data & related systems (Salesforce Service Cloud, BI tools…). Creating and maintaining training documentation up to date

The exceptional skills we are looking for:

  • You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Data Science, Informatics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Applied Economics or in another highly quantitative field
  • You possess at least 5 years’ experience in Digital Data Analyst role in quantitative analytical roles (data science, marketing science, client / digital analytics in pure digital companies, etc…)
  • You possess proven capability to identify opportunities to combine disparate data sources to uncover new business insight
  • You have relevant experience (preferably in retail and/or luxury industry) in project management in commercial, marketing or supply chain departments
  • You master analytics and data manipulation softwares, business Intelligence tools, MS Excel and you are familiar with fundamentals of statistics and design of experiments
  • You are fluent in SQL and ability in at least one statistical computing language (eg: Python, R, Matlab, Julia)
  • You are an expert of Data Visualization (SAP Analytics Cloud is mandatory and Microsoft Power BI is a plus)
  • You have proven ability in conducting statistical analysis, e.g., regression, modeling, forecasting, etc
  • You are fluent in English. French is a strong asset
