To establish a data platform that enables key users to analyse the commercial, sales & market research data including the definition & implementation of commercial KPIs. In addition, the position objective is to establish an advanced analytics and self-BI platform to enable adequate business decision.
Role & Responsibilities- Supports and perform data sourcing, data load, analysis on external data for internal clients
- Identify issues with systems/processes and proposes solutions or improvements
- Manipulate and transform data to optimise analyses
- Ongoing troubleshooting, user support, and maintenance of the systems to ensure customer satisfaction
- Focal point to communicate system related problems in collaboration with IT teams and software vendor on changes, fixes, and updates
Skills & Qualifications- Experienced in analytical tool handling and/or Microsoft Power BI is key
- Experienced in Data Warehouse management, data integration, ETL, Data Modelling, SQL, query building is an asset
- Experienced in relational database such as Amazon Redshift, Oracle and/or SQL Server is asset
- Experienced in other external pharmaceutical data provider is an asset
- 5 or more years of professional experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and Analytics of Commercial, Marketing and Sales related data
- Preferably 5 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals industry
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), French and/or German is a plus
