To continue our significant growth and strengthen the Data division, we are now looking for our:

Data /Business analyst

Fixed position 100%

As part of this job creation, your role will be to analyze data and develop reports to drive and monitor business activities (sales, performance emailing, acquisition, etc.).

Your main tasks will be:

  • Participate in the structuring and maintenance of the data model by collecting and processing data from all of our systems to produce business analyses.
  • Ensure the proper interpretation and distribution of analysis reports.
  • Develop, maintain and improve the reports used in the group (marketing, customer relations, accounting, etc.) in order to allow the teams to have a coherent view of business activity.
  • Meet the analysis needs of all business units thanks to your privileged access to our extensive activity data.
  • Ensure a technological watch and analyze the best marketing practices in order to disseminate them within the Group.
  • Be a source of proposals for the Business Intelligence division by proposing your own indicators and analyses.

Your profile :

  • You are a graduate of a High / Grande Ecole of Commerce or Engineering or a master's degree in statistics / econometrics
  • You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • You have good knowledge of SQL and Excel has no secrets for you.
  • An undeniable asset: Knowledge of a reporting tool (Tableau or PowerBI)
  • A plus: Knowledge of programming language (Python).

  • “ Doer ”: knowing how to take the right initiatives so that projects move forward and are delivered on time. Anticipate difficulties or blockages, and propose workarounds. When you have to, roll up your sleeves and do the work yourself.

  • Be very comfortable with web technologies and computer tools in general, and able to quickly learn new tools.
  • Have excellent analytical skills: be able to quickly identify the key conditions for the success of projects, then mobilize the right resources, and ensure that projects are delivered on time. Make the right trade-offs (quality and deadlines, for example). Be very organized and know how to manage several projects at the same time.
