Our client is a recognized brand in the watch industry.


The main mission will be to set up, maintain, analyze and give meaning to the tools and dashboards for monitoring the brand's digital and e-commerce activities, in order to work on optimizing the sites' conversion rate.

Your main activities will be:

  • Manage projects related to the implementation of the Data strategy (collection, processing, storage, visualization, dissemination)
  • Participate in the dissemination of data culture within the company
  • Define, supervise and test the implementation of tagging plans
  • Define, create and maintain dashboards allowing the management of e-commerce activity in collaboration with BI
  • Analyze data to propose actions to optimize conversion and user experience
  • Conduct studies to better understand the brand's customers and detect business opportunities
  • Challenge professions and countries with a view to developing a culture of excellence
  • Define and implement the CRO strategy, in particular by setting up an AB Test and personalization roadmap
  • Work in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team to write the best traffic acquisition strategy
  • Participate in the design of business cases in order to better define the project priorities of the e-commerce roadmap
  • Optimize the implementation of media tags taking into account web performance issues
  • Manage and optimize the collection of cookie consent
  • Keep abreast of trends, industry innovations and website best practices


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in analysis or CRO positions
  • With the benefit of a university education (Bachelor or Master)
  • Expert in Google Analytics and Google Tag Management
  • Mastery of a data visualization tool (Data Studio, Power Bi)
  • Mastery of SQL and Big Query
  • Mastery of e-commerce best practices
  • Knowledge of UX, UI
  • Knowledge of A/B testing tools
  • Knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform environment
  • Knowledge of Magento or equivalent a plus
  • Statistical knowledge and mastery of Python a plus
