We are opening a position for: IT Application Manager - collaborative tools and devops. for our Geneva private banking client

Job Responsibilities:

You will work in a team already made up of two people.

We are looking for someone who has already had a N3 application support role on similar tools (GIT, CICD...), or Devops with a strong appetite for the release management part.

In order to succeed in this position, a good knowledge of the tools mentioned is necessary, both in terms of functionalities and their technical integration.

Expected tasks:
You will act within the Release / Environment Management & IT tooling department.

The IT tooling team is in charge of a large set of tools used to improve and support the delivery process from feature definition to automated deployment, including continuous integration, testing and performance monitoring.
The candidate will be in charge of the life cycle management of 12 strategic applications (IRA, SVN, GIT, Azure DevOps Server, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, Ansible platform, AppDynamics).

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Leading strategic projects,
  • Contribute to tool improvement/maintenance initiatives and participate in user support.
  • Work collaboratively with all IT stakeholders, such as developers, testers, and infrastructure team members.

Main duties :

  • Migration from SVN to GIT
  • Integration of applications in continuous integration and automated deployment
  • Contribution to the structuring of our organization and our processes
  • Improved tools and processes
  • Tool maintenance and obsolescence management
  • User support and change management

Mandatory skills:

  • Engineer or equivalent training
  • Technical skills: Powershell, ksh, groovy, python, Ansible
  • IT tools: JIRA, SVN, GIT, Azure DevOps Server, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, Ansible platform, AppDynamics,
  • The person sought has a technical background with the ability to go into detail as well as being able to clearly explain a simplified overview.
  • We are looking for a versatile approach, with a spirit of service and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Years of experience: 7 to 10 years in a similar role and/or 8 to 10 years of experience in information systems
  • A good experience in continuous integration
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
  • Experience in private banking: Optional

Languages : A level of fluent French and English are required for this position
