Your new role:
In the Services area, we provide services for all Tamedia payment media. In this way we make a relevant and valuable contribution to the satisfaction of our readership. We see our core task as winning and retaining customers.
Within this area, the Service Intelligence team is mainly responsible for the further development of our services, the process and customer data analysis as well as the further development of our business intelligence environment.
As a valuable addition to our committed, young team, you will be responsible for supporting the conception and implementation of data analyzes and visualizations in Qlikview and Power BI on the topics of service and subscriber management in the role of a data analysis intern. This also includes the development, further development and optimization of existing dashboards/reports based on the requirements of the specialist departments and management.
This job is for you if you
- you are in or after a degree in computer science, business informatics, data science or similar. are
- bring practical experience with SQL, Power BI and databases
- have a creative knack for visualizations so that new insights emerge from data
- Enjoy building new dashboards from scratch
