Project Manager Engineer - Embedded / Hardware and Software

ALTEN’s Embedded System department is now looking for somebody who has a passion for team leading and project management within the technical area. Are you the one? Then you are the perfect match for us!

Our team is now looking to grow with an experienced Project Manager with some years of experience from a similar role, with leadership experience, problem-solving skills and technical development. You are also a team player with the ability to drive the technical development forward and a great communicator. In this role, you will lead SW and HW projects within our customer's respective fields - electrification, machine learning, automotive, medtech, and wireless communication to name a few. The projects are cross-functional and require that you have experience from development projects, preferably with a background in an executive role. You will be a represent for ALTEN at the customer site as well as a part of ALTENs development. Great emphasis will be places of personal qualities

Requirements

Who we are looking for:

• A couple of years’ experience from leading development projects in the System/Software/Hardware domains
• A genuine interest in the development of embedded systems
• M. Sc. in relevant field
• Proficiency in coaching, planning but also budget, risk and requirement management

Meriting:

• Scrum Master
• Agile Project Management
