Job Description

tasks

  • Advice, planning and conception of CRM campaigns for the Coop Trading formats
  • Execution of target group selections for CRM campaigns and measuring the success of the campaigns using standardized controlling
  • Analysis of purchase and behavioral data of Coop customers
  • Preparation of analytical decision-making bases for retail category management in the context of assortment, product placement, pricing and promotion planning
  • Conception, creation and further development of data analytics reports and tools

requirements

  • University degree in economics or social sciences, ideally with a focus on statistics, computer science or data science
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis and CRM campaign management
  • Good user knowledge in the use of CRM systems
  • Experience in using and programming statistical software (SAS, R, Python) and good user knowledge in SQL
  • A high degree of independence, pronounced customer orientation and very good organizational skills
  • Very good team and communication skills
  • High affinity for retail and solid understanding of numbers
  • Ability to derive concrete instructions for action from complex questions
