- Advice, planning and conception of CRM campaigns for the Coop Trading formats
- Execution of target group selections for CRM campaigns and measuring the success of the campaigns using standardized controlling
- Analysis of purchase and behavioral data of Coop customers
- Preparation of analytical decision-making bases for retail category management in the context of assortment, product placement, pricing and promotion planning
- Conception, creation and further development of data analytics reports and tools
requirements
- University degree in economics or social sciences, ideally with a focus on statistics, computer science or data science
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis and CRM campaign management
- Good user knowledge in the use of CRM systems
- Experience in using and programming statistical software (SAS, R, Python) and good user knowledge in SQL
- A high degree of independence, pronounced customer orientation and very good organizational skills
- Very good team and communication skills
- High affinity for retail and solid understanding of numbers
- Ability to derive concrete instructions for action from complex questions
