We anticipate that the champions of tomorrow will be the companies that have succeeded in placing the exploitation of data through Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at the heart of their business.
To support its clients in seizing the opportunities arising from the valuation of data and initiating their data transformation, the Wavestone firm has decided to strengthen its Swiss teams with employees able to combine strong scientific, IT and business skills.
Attached to the Swiss office of Wavestone, you will be required to work on projects focused on Data but also on new technologies such as the Cloud, DevOps, microservices, etc.
You will support companies, leaders in their sectors, in their data development and exploitation projects. You will integrate teams combining all the skills necessary to carry out these projects.
Above all, you want to become a Senior Data Consultant, which means that you will be able to process, thanks to Data Architecture, Data Management, Data Science and Data Engineering skills, an end-to-end project from the qualification of the business need to the industrialization of solutions but also to guide our customers in their wide choice of Data transformation.
You will therefore be required to contribute to the following activities:
- DATA STRATEGY: supporting our clients in the construction and development of their AI strategy for all business functions
- DATA MANAGEMENT: supporting our customers in controlling and managing the life cycle of their data assets
- DATA FOR BUSINESS: support the process of data valuation and the control of data subjects on subjects such as fraud detection, predictive maintenance or customer knowledge through experimentation and the realization of Proof of Concept until the industrialization of the solutions developed
- TECH AND R&D FOR DATA&AI: carry out state-of-the-art studies around Data and Artificial Intelligence and the application of discoveries from the Data communities of the market to our customers
As a Confirmed / Senior Consultant, we offer you to:
- Develop/improve skills related to the consulting profession (formalisation, taking a step back, restitution, supervision, sharing of convictions, business development, etc.)
- Take responsibility for consulting assignments with our clients and supervise teams of consultants
- Explore and then master in depth the methodologies and technologies that lie behind the movements of digital transformation in business
You will also have to actively participate in the internal life of the firm through:
- The development of our Data offer
- Contribution to recruitment, school relations, responses to commercial proposals, internal training, internal events, etc.
Your qualities make you a multi-talented consultant and you have:
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of at least two of the areas of expertise sought (Strategy and Data Management, Data Architecture and Data Engineering, Datascience and Machine Learning) and a curiosity around the subjects of Data and Artificial Intelligence
- An openness to digital subjects in the broad sense
- An intellectual curiosity, a sharp critical and analytical mind allowing you to quickly understand the specificities of our customers and produce quality deliverables
- A very good relationship, a strong sense of service and a certain pro-activity to build a relationship of trust with your customers and guide them to excellence in their major transformation projects
- A taste for entrepreneurship and innovation
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience on data subjects (a first experience in the world of consulting is a plus).
- A Data certification (Architecture, Data Engineering, Machine Learning) on one of the three main Cloud providers on the market is a plus
- Be a player in an ambitious business project in full growth in Switzerland and internationally.
