SKILLS

As a Data & Analytics Manager, you will support Adone Conseil's clients in setting up the management and monitoring of their strategic and operational activities.

You will be involved in the analysis and construction of data from different functional areas (finance, sales, logistics, CRM, etc.) in order to set up the relevant management KPIs for our customers.

You will be responsible for the following actions:

• Definition of the project roadmap, budget management, governance principles
• Pre-sales management: drafting of commercial proposal, defense, contract negotiation,
• Carrying out functional studies upstream of the project
• Implementation of delivery models,
• Publishers call for tenders and technology selection
• Audit and process design
• Animation of meetings and steering committees,
• Industrialization of digital innovations: governance, technical base, documentation and support
• Team management, recruitment, staffing, coaching, career monitoring,
• Change management
