The Role
As a Junior Consultant on Rewards, Data and Intelligence (RDI), you become a key player in collecting our solid and up to date market data through a wide variety of compensation and benefits surveys and you will work on related client projects. You are expected to become a primary relationship manager for key client groups. We offer you a very steep learning curve, and we expect you to create and grab opportunities whenever they arise.
The Rewards Line of Business consists of 3 practices: Rewards Data and Intelligence (RDI), Executive Compensation & Board Advisory (ECBA) and Work, Rewards & Careers (WRC). RDI helps companies build a competitive compensation plan by conducting annual global industry sector surveys. ECBA is focused on the way in which companies can achieve their strategic objectives through their executives. The WRC practice is dedicated to effectively design, deliver and execute employee reward strategies and programs that lead to a significant business value for our clients.
