This role is at the crossroad of data and marketing – you will be part of the Global Amazon team and work closely with the Category Managers and Business Partners to support key projects.
You will help us turbocharge the growth of our Amazon channel by driving customer focused solutions that can be scaled across all Amazon regions, through multiple projects requiring both strategic thinking and tactical application.
In this role you will support the Amazon for Business (b2b) Category Manager with their day to day responsibilities and make your mark through ownership of a project to be defined during your internship.
Your key priorities will include the below, but we expect them to evolve over time:
Identify insights to drive actions aligned with Logitech objectives
Analysis of test & learn projects to evaluate effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
Monitor market trends, competitive information and new product launches to ensure Logitech is positioned as the #1 brand.
Develop customer insights across each relevant Vertical (e.g. Education, Government, Healthcare) to identify test & learn pilots.
Cross functional information sharing and stakeholder alignment
Data preparation and presentation building to increase understanding of Amazon for Business and progress strategy development.
Support new product innovation launches with toolkits.
Annual planning support.
Harmonize global reporting
Identify KPI gaps across in the global reporting and work cross functionally with stakeholders to close those gaps.
Identify and continually refine benchmarks to measure success against.
Develop a monthly scorecard to ensure global adoption and monitor progress against targets.
Current 2nd/3rd year undergraduate student, preferably with a specialization in eCommerce or Online Marketing.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with Google/Microsoft suites.
Passion and knowledge on ecommerce, marketplace, and positively biased towards Amazon.
Confident & proactive self-starter with hands-on approach; results driven.
Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills.
Curious & autonomous with a sense of ownership and accountability.
Fluent English and at ease in multicultural and multifunctional environments.
