About this opportunity
In this role you will significantly impact the success of our brand in EMEA by constantly evolving the consumer lifetime value through a thorough CRM strategy and related activities. The scope includes understanding our prospects, the continuous improvement of the Invisalign consumer and patient journey and experience, and the deployment of efficient CRM e-mail journeys and programs.
In this role, you will…

  • Own and continuously improve the consumer and patient experience and the efficiency of all CRM programs. Understand our prospects and design the best consumer experience and journey, develop CRM activities to leverage on the ‘moments of truth’, resulting in ever improving consumer lifetime value. Target a healthy ROI by adjusting the strategy, the activities and the used channels, aligning these to consumer and patient life stages and to the value segments
  • Deliver monthly prospect consumer insights, define value segmentation and targeting methods
  • Support the EMEA consumer marketing team in effective campaign execution by harmonizing CRM activities with the advertisement spend, the traffic from and generation to physical touch-points, the lead capture, and the consumer contact management processes
  • Ensure that GDPR and legal requirements related to medical devices are respected in each EMEA markets (with the support of the legal team). Define consumer data capture and data cleaning plan
  • Product owner: optimize existing and develop new CRM programs and e-mail journeys (including ones running on mobile applications) - represent the functional and operational requirements towards IT, Marketing Communication and to support functions
  • Plan and standardize CRM program development and launch processes; drive market deployment
  • Partner with BI / Data&Analytics, create holistic CRM reports, showing impact for all programs and for all markets
  • Steer the documentation of all CRM consumer processes and journeys
  • Represent the CRM center of excellence for both the B2C and B2B organization, guide and support the operations to build solid strategy and to deliver seamless CRM campaign execution

In this role, you’ll need …

  • A Bachelor's degee best in a related field of study
  • Hands-on team player attitude combined with strategic thinking, agility
  • Solid experience in establishing a consumer CRM strategy and ecosystems
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and optimizing CRM programs
  • Experience in bridging marketing requirement with IT development
  • Sales Force Marketing Cloud experience is and advantage
  • International background, experience of deploying solutions to markets with different maturity
  • Leadership skills
  • Business proficiency in English
