The banking industry is undergoing a profound transformation with the emergence of disruptive technologies that are changing client interactions. The COVID19 pandemic has even increased the need for fully virtualized processes to protect bank employees and customers. In this ever-changing digital world, bank advisors must respond to more demanding clients while learning new ways of working in increasingly complex IT environments.
The objective of this master thesis is to use artificial intelligence to help bank advisors in their daily tasks in order to better serve their clients (e.g. setting priorities with a "next best action” logic).
The thesis should deliver a concrete robot advisor use case chosen based on its innovative characteristics and high business value.

The first step of the internship will be to understand the main processes of bank advisors that could benefit from the support of a robot advisor.
The trainee will have to identify smart use cases and decide on the best technology to implement them in a robot advisor.
The student will have to work with ELCA engineers and clients to integrate the robot advisor into the Banking Advisory Cockpit designed by ELCA.
