Who we are looking for

A Business Intelligence Analyst to join our BI team to support us run and further develop a new Data Warehouse solution.

Our ideal candidate is service oriented and motivated by providing creative solutions to his/her various stakeholders.

The selected candidate will be based in our Head office, and report to the Head of Business Intelligence within the Information, Communication and Technology Division.

Job Description
Analyze database data using T-SQL to select candidates for facts and dimensions
Analyze stakeholders needs and requests in order to translate them into functional and technical requirements
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards
Test developments outputs and provide daily feedback back to the development team

The position requires rigor, patience, and stamina. More specifically, we have the following requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent
Detail oriented, analytical, inquisitive, and solution-oriented
Ability to work independently, as well as with others
Proven capacity to work under stress within tight deadlines
Good team spirit and communication skills
Knowledge of Kimball’s Datawarehouse model
Prior experience in following technologies: SQL Server, T-SQL, SSAS, PowerBI
Prior experience in building and deploying a BI Framework
Fluent in French and English
Swiss/EU National or valid Swiss Work Permit
