About this opportunityThe Associate Director of Professional Relations leads EMEA Clinical & Professional Education Team’s thinking regarding the creation of new Professional Relations initiatives that help the business to meet its key strategic objectives.
In this role, you will…

  • Leads the EMEA Clinical Professional Relations strategic pillar.
  • Applies expertise and experience in Professional Relations to create new and further develop existing offerings, ensuring increased effectiveness in line with Clinical & Professional Education and wider organisational objectives.
  • Identifies suitable Key Opinion Leader, Institutional and Societal partnerships that are aligned and supportive of EMEA regional and local objectives.
  • Develops and manages Key Opinion Leader, Institutional and Societal relationships in line with Align Global and EMEA policy.
  • Owns Professional Relations work streams within associated project teams from inception to completion to ensure within-budget, on-time, and on-target project deliverables.
  • Leverages Professional Relationships to generate relevant scientific & clinical evidence that is supportive of marketing and education activities; regionally and locally.
  • Leverages Professional Relationships to input on Faculty and Educational development; regionally and locally.
  • Guides local Professional Relations, Clinical and Marketing teams to ensure planning and execution of local Professional Relations activities.
  • Works with regional and local Professional Education and Marketing teams and other partners ( eg GM ) to assess the quality and impact of scientific, clinical and educational offerings.
  • Educates and influences other stakeholders in the organization regarding Professional Relations and its role in meeting customer needs

In this role, you’ll need …

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent-required
  • An advanced degree in science or business is strongly preferred
  • 10+ years experience in dental/pharmaceutical/medical device Professional Relations or related area – dental experience preferred
  • Knowledge of KOL/HCP management compliance - essential
  • Marketing/Sales Training experience- preferred
  • Experience with professional accreditation processes – preferred
