For our EME Headquarters based in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, we are looking for a:

Specialist, Omnichannel Strategy and Performance 100%

This position will be based at our European Headquarters, Neuhausen, Switzerland. Preferred start date 1st January 2021 or as soon as possible.

Job Summary:

Within AGCO's EME organization, the Strategic Marketing and Brand Governance team leads omnichannel strategy and management. Omnichannel campaigns, experience generation and performance management are a key part of that remit.

This Specialist role:

  • Supports the Manager in developing omnichannel campaign and nurturing strategies through digital and traditional channels, by identifying and sharing industry best practice, engaging with and assessing AGCO Data Analytics and Market Intelligence insights
  • Partners with brands’ Omnichannel teams to define data-driven campaign audience targeting in line with brand governance principles
  • Works with AGCO DCX (Digital Customer Experience) MA (Marketing Automation) to create and manage social property dashboards
  • Works with Data Analytics to develop and evolve campaign tracking dashboards
  • Tracks brand campaign timings to ensure optimized communication frequency and consistency to end consumers
  • Tracks brand campaign content to ensure alignment with brand governance principles
  • Tracks brand campaign and nurturing journey KPIs
  • Tracks overall digital platform performance KPIs including OEM websites and social properties

Key Responsibilities:

Key activities for this new function are the following:

  • Acts as the main source for obtaining data to drive omnichannel and nurturing strategies
  • Acts as a brand partner to drive data-driven campaign targeting and targeting governance
  • Acts as the main source for tracking multi-brand omnichannel campaign as well as overall brand website and social platform performance

Requirements / Minimum Qualification:

To apply for this position you should have the following qualifications

  • Completed university degree (Bachelor/Master) in Marketing, interactive focus
  • Minimum one year of work experience in Sales & Marketing omni-channel campaign tracking and web analytics
  • Professional handling of moderation and presentation techniques and pertinent performance management
  • Independence, willingness to act on own initiative and flexibility in connection with structured and result-oriented working methods
  • Resilience and outstanding communicative skills
  • Minimum basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM and MA capabilities, SAP; sound knowledge of Tableau
  • Proficient user level of MS Office
  • Language skills: English (fluent), additional European language a plus (e.g. French)
  • Experience in digital transformation projects is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (approx. 10%)
