About the role
- As a Customer Success Engineer, you are a vital member of our Customer Success Team. You are responsible for the post-sales experience of our customers with relevance to working at the intersection of technology and business.
- You take full ownership of high-impact customer onboarding projects by conducting technical integration workshops, etc.
- You are responsible for managing multiple enterprise customers through the onboarding process, ongoing management, upselling and rollouts of additional features.
- You ensure that our customer issues are managed and solved on time.
- You contribute to the business as a whole by partnering up with our Product and Core Engineering team on customers’ priorities.
- You work directly with the VP of Customer Success on maximizing customers’ satisfaction and together with the Sales team on maximizing customers’ revenues.
- You are familiar with data analytics (mostly SQL, if possible Apache Spark) and with data formats like JSON, CSV or Avro.
- You master at least one scripting language like Bash and Python and you are familiar with browser technologies like cookies, local storage, etc.
- You work independently and you find excellent solutions with your pragmatic and winning mindset.
- You have excellent problem-solving skills and like to communicate with customers.
- You communicate business fluent in English; any other language is an asset.
- Working experience in data science, big data or business intelligence projects.
- Previous experience in customer support for a B2B SaaS company or in a dynamic startup environment.
- Previous experience in the AdTech or MarTech industry.
