Oviva is rapidly expanding in Switzerland, Germany, France and the UK, supported by a fresh $21m Series financing from leading VCs. Our go-to-market strategy is proven, a unique feature for a digital health startup and needs to be scaled massively in the next years to reach our vision to have meaningful impact in improving the health of patients with diabetes and obesity.

For our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (80-100%) - Zurich
to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels with a focus on the German and Swiss markets for now. Digital marketing is a new channel for us and is extremely important to our company's success, so will be able be part of building a new function and play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives.

Profil

We expect you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and various digital marketing channels. You should be able to lead digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with our marketing, healthcare and tech teams as well as agencies to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm and execute new growth experiments
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Experience in digital marketing, especially SEM, email and social media
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels (e.g., A/B, multivariate experiments) and use of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Excellent oral and written skills in German and English
