ABOUT THE JOB

  • Liaise with the stakeholders on the main descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics requirements and act as a consultant during the project definition phase
  • Optimize and enhance the data science products that are currently in production, including testing the effectiveness and periodically monitor the performance
  • Develop data science products ensuring business improvements are impactful and aligned to the company objectives and strategy, including appropriate and structured documentation of the methodology and data used
  • Present the data science final products but also the underneath models and insights to a range of stakeholders to support strategic decisions
  • Pro-actively identify and communicate meaningful patterns from large data sets extracted from both internal and external data sources

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:

  • University degree/ Education, preferably in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or similar quantitative oriented discipline
  • Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation and communication skills
  • Professional experience with statistical software (e.g., SAS, R, Python, Matlab) and database languages (e.g., MS SQL, T-SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL), any additional programming language is an asset
  • Sound professional experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence and related fields
  • Team orientation, and ability to work and interface effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
