Job Description

At our Headquarters in Baar, Switzerland we are looking for a new colleague to join our team. In this position you will report directly to the CMO Human Milk. There are no functional reporting lines.

Your responsibilities

Business Analytics

  • Perform market analysis to determine current market share, share growth, penetration and potential “white space” in the market for future business opportunity
  • Perform business analytics of our solutions to clients and partners
  • Develop case studies which demonstrate our various client solutions and aid in growing the business
  • Develop executive presentations and present marketing KPIs, progress vs objectives on key projects to Group Management
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret marketplace trends and customer data as input to marketing and product development strategies/plans for individual consumers, business customers, and/or retail channels
  • Study and analyze the markets, helping to identify and quantify the right growth opportunities, and staying abreast of competitive positioning
  • Monitoring market conditions, trends, competitors, etc. to project business sector/consumer demand
  • Build competitive business intelligence reports to help assess state of the market and best practices
  • Provide analytical support for ongoing projects and initiatives
  • Develop comprehensive tools to monitor and measure success of key marketing activities
  • Define clear KPIs and tracks them
  • Researching the market to understand competitive landscape

Pricing Strategy and Execution

  • Develop pricing strategies for the current and future products within the Human Milk portfolio across targeted customer / market segments
  • Work together with the Finance team to set floor prices for each key product and recommend target prices
  • Monitor pricing execution globally, and recommend price changes based on all available external information
  • Recommend pricing strategies for new product line(s)
  • Ensure pricing strategies are consistent with brand and marketing strategies

Your qualifications

  • Master's degree in business preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of business analytics, marketing, and pricing
  • Expert knowledge in Omni-channel Retailing including strategy
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent power point skills
  • Excellent understanding of building, implementing and monitoring the business
  • Analytical and detailed in execution
  • Customer oriented mind set
  • Strong financial understanding
  • Strong persuading, influencing and negotiating skills
  • Strategic mindset
  • Team Player
