About the role
We are looking for a Business Development/Sales Manager (junior, manager, senior levels) to be in charge of shaping and defining the business development processes and sales targets for our Proptech product. You will be developing business cases, market analyses, as well as driving local execution and pursuing business opportunities within real estate industry. You will drive strategic partnerships for PropTech product development and market expansion. You will proactively identify and pursue commercial opportunities. You will nurture and cultivate our relationships from client acquisition to onboarding to account management. You will have an immense impact on the company by bringing your entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset combined with strong analytical and hands-on execution skills to life.
\-Plan market entry, acquire clients, lead contractual agreements, set KPIs and exceed them.
\-Manage the entire sales cycle within real estate industry (initial contact, pre-sales, proposal, negotiations, contracts, delivery, support) and achieve the set targets.
\-Manage and curate the market intelligence database, screening and monitoring competitor activities and new technological developments, delivering actionable insights to the marketing and product teams.
\-Lead or support the inception, negotiation and operational implementation of strategic partnerships within this industry with key third-party stakeholders across all areas of the company.
\-Develop and champion systematic business development processes, such as forecasting, CRM, pipeline management, documentation, etc.
\-Professional background in B2B sales, business development, or entrepreneurship.
\-Experience in the Real Estate industry or PropTech.
\-Strong business development/sales driven personality with successful track record.
\-Experience in setting up and managing contracts.
\-Stakeholder management knowledge and comfortable with C-level discussions
\-Strong knowledge of English and German, other languages are a plus.
\-Proactivity, negotiation skills, and closing skills - driven to solve complex problems
\-Comfortable with ambiguity and quick changes
\-Team player (working with marketing and product teams) and people's person
\-Able to act independently and autonomously
\-Willing to travel up to 50 % locally/internationally.
