About this opportunityAs Product Manager Ortho EMEA, you will be responsible for developing and executing the regional marketing plan for the business area dedicated to Orthodontic specialists. You will be developing and implemt EMEA brand strategies, go-to-market plans for new product innovations, communication campaigns to drive brand awareness, and loyalty, while growing Invisalign and iTero utilization and share of chair within the Ortho community.
In this role, you will…

  • Management of allocated projects, working closely with local marketing managers, EMEA marketing functions as well global stakeholders.
  • Development of go-to-market strategy and plan for NPD projects incl. forecasting, planning with local markets, product training and development of supporting campaigns.
  • Development and implementation of communication journeys and campaigns
  • Market research and data analysis, generating key insights required for decision-making and strategy development.
  • Regular business and project performance tracking, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  • Creation of regional and adaptation of global marketing and sales materials in cooperation with our agencies.
  • Support the clinical and education team in development of educational tools and programmes for our customers.
  • Evaluation and improvement of marketing processes
  • Support in management of EMEA led internal and customer events.

In this role, you’ll need…

  • Bachelor degree or above, preferably in a marketing or business related filed.
  • At least 4-6 years of related work experience, preferably within a similar medical device industry.
  • Proactive / doer mindset with a sense of urgency
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Project management skills with ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
  • Well organized and able to put chaos into structure
  • Capable of analyzing complex data sets
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of any additional European language is an asset
