Job Description

For our clients in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, we are currently looking for talented Data Analysts. Our clients have prestigious reputations as well as a popular presence nation-wide. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the conception and preparation of business analyses and reports on the strategic and operational development of the company. You will be handling internal issues, especially from the corporate clients & branches department and data analysis for Group auditing. Part of your duties will be the identification of data sources based on requirements, processing of use cases, the construction of analytical models for the simulation and training of the auditors in the area of data analysis. You will be involved in the creation of data-based decision-making bases (based on BI tools) and the processing and evaluation of online surveys.

Additionally, you will also build a network with data analysis specialists in other company areas for a regular exchange of experience and knowledge. Creation of specific campaign success measurements of central campaigns and further development of the measurement methods will also be a part of your tasks.



You have a degree in the field of applied sciences, preferably with a strong analytical focus (. statistics, mathematics, computer science, physics) and at least 2 years of experience in the field of data analysis and knowledge of process management. You have very good knowledge of the IT resources used, . R, SQL, Tableau or other analysis (BI) tools. You possess good methodological skills in requirements management for IT solution development, a high affinity for numbers, an in-depth knowledge of Excel (advantageously including VBA). You are result-oriented, responsible, communicative, resilient and have good assertiveness and enjoy working with people. German is your mother tongue, or you are fluent in it and a good level of English, knowledge of another national language is an advantage.
