Job Description

Our Marketing and Sales teams are passionate about bringing our medicines and vaccines to our customers around the world and support them by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities.

For our Swiss subsidiary in Global Human Health based in Lucerne we are currently looking for an experienced Digital Data Analyst working together with a cross functional team on engaging ways of communicating and interacting with customers and patients through digital channels and technologies. (full-time, indefinite).

We are looking for an individual who is passionate to drive insights through digital analytics and constantly improve based on data to provide a state-of-the-art user experience for our customers and patients.

THE PRIMARY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Bringing analytics capabilities into agile marketing by generating insights from data
  • Fostering a data driven mindset and analytical decision making ensuring the best user experience for customers and patients
  • Establishing and monitoring KPIs for digital marketing campaigns, newsletters, infographics, videos, animations, websites, landing pages, mobile applications, social media, etc.
  • Frequently communicating actionable insights, learnings and reports to the agile marketing team and other stakeholders
  • Building new analytical capabilities and tools together with various Teams/Groups
  • Staying on top of the latest digital analytics, measuring methodologies and technology trends
  • Supporting the creation of user stories together with the product owner and participating in sprint meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:

Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Information System Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in data analysis for digital marketing.
  • Experience working on digital products together with IT departments.
  • Experience with personalization, targeting and segmentation.
  • Experience in data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience with google analytics, web trends, tableau, QlikView or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of correlation between transactional analytics data and customer feedback.
  • Relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry and/or medical device industry is an asset.
  • Knowledge of SQL and programming languages such as Python a plus.
  • Proficiency at a business level of English and German languages. French knowledge is a plus and strongly desired.
