We are searching for a CX (Customer Experience) Data Analyst, also expert in unstructured data analysis. He/she is a high performing, passionate professional working in the intersection of customer experience, management consulting, and data science.
His/her role will be to increase the value of sandsiv+ Customer Intelligence platform by bringing to light data-driven stories for our clients, and then partner with them to take actions to improve their customer experience and achieve business results.
As a CX Data Analyst you will work with senior decision makers helping their companies improve their business results through the right CX strategies and implementations.
You’ll face and understand real business problems by analyzing customer, operational and financial data, taking value from structured and unstructured customer feedbacks.
You will also work with NLP, topic modelling and text classification helping clients to gather actionable insights from the Voice of Customer.
You will work mainly in three big areas:
Consulting engagements: to uncover actionable and commercially focused insights and deliver recommendations to senior decision-makers at our clients; for this task you will work with the CX Senior and Principal ConsultantsSupport the development of the platform sandsiv + collecting the needs of clients; for this task you will work with the sandsiv + platform ManagersSupport the development of new consulting offerings through deeper analytics; for this task you will work with the Regional Directors
You will work as part of a dynamic team of senior professionals with deep interconnections with all the roles.
Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative/research field or equivalent practical experience2+ years of experience in data analytics data science internal strategy/operations or marketing analytics roleDemonstrated statistics and data analytics experience working with a variety of data sources and large amounts of data from raw data to insightsExperience in regression-based analytics of large datasetsExperience in unstructured data analysis knowledges in Natural Language Processing using up to dated methodologies and technologiesDemonstrated experience in client-facing roles or experience working internally with senior stakeholders to enable their decision-makingMother tongue ItalianEnglish proficiency levelKnowledge of German is a plus
