Temp Regulatory Affairs Data Analyst 100%

In this position you will provide global support in maintaining the Regulatory Affairs (RA) Systems, work with different departments to collect and maintain accurate RA documentation and support RA distribution control in EMEA with major focus on the emerging markets.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Support the enhancements of the regulatory distribution control systems
  • Generate and communicate reports in a timely manner
  • Feed the RA systems with the appropriate data
  • Maintain records per established procedures
  • Verify the integrity and accuracy of information against source documents and make corrections and adjustments when necessary.
  • Work with in-country RA professionals in support of objective evidence as needed
Your Qualifications and Experience:
    • Master’s Degree in life science or other quantitative fields. Higher degree is a plus
    • Certifications in project management is a plus
    • 0-1 year of experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical or biotech industries
    • Experience working with Microsoft software (e.g. Excel, SharePoint)
    • Experience working with SAP is a plus
    • Experience in data analysis is a plus
    • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
    • Good communication and organizational skills
    • Able to prioritize and multi-task
    • Comfortable in working in a multi-cultural environment
    • Strong sense of Ethics and basic understanding of major regulations in EMEA (EU, MENA, CIS)
    • Fluent in English (Professional knowledge)
    • Any additional European Language is an asset
