Job Description

Our Accounting Team in Zurich is looking for a Manager Consolidation and Group Reporting (m/f) with immediate effect or by arrangement. Do you already have experience in a similar position in an international environment and show initiative?

Your main responsibilities:

  • Monthly consolidation of Crealogix Group companies under Swiss GAAP FER including monthly Cash Flow reporting
  • Maintenance, documentation and further development of the consolidation system (COGNOS) e.g. maintaining Chart of Accounts, divisional reporting, new companies, merger accounting
  • Maintenance of management reporting relevant systems e.g. product profitability, order entry etc.
  • Maintain a continuous improvement approach to reporting, with the building and
  • maintenance of reports from different data sources
    Support various stakeholders in the monthly financial analysis
  • Monthly consolidation of forecast by business units
  • Support in creating and reporting KPIs

Your background:

  • Bachelor (or master’s) degree in economics and at least a combined 2-4 years of experience within a big 4 audit and Swiss GAAP FER or IFRS financial consolidation environment
  • Familiar with the theory and practice of preparing a consolidated balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement, in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER or IFRS, writing accounting papers and maintaining group accounting manual up-to-date
  • Knowledge of COGNOS consolidation software or similar tool is a strong plus
  • Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications
  • Excellent analytical skills: able to analyze financial data (operational and at strategic level) and to present the financial insights in a clear way
  • A driver, take initiative and act proactively

  • Good problem-solving skills and works very accurate
  • Communicative (professional oral and written communication, presentation skills)
