MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB (BRIEF SUMMARY)

The SFE Execution Specialist will support the Diabetes EMEA business at a SHQ and regional level to deliver their topline revenue, market share and profitability targets.
In this role you will be responsible for impactful and effective delivery of SFE Programs to support onboarding and development of the Diabetes sales force. Also, you will be responsible for driving the Diabetes EMEA optimization and maximization of sales execution and collaboration. This will be achieved through collaboration and alignment across the organization, recognizing the complexity and dynamism of the EMEA market place.

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Deployment & follow up of Diabetes Insight, Clinical, Competitive, Strategic, Economic selling programs
  • (Digital) Sales toolkit and Competitive Matrix deployment and training
  • Support local Sales & Marketing initiatives, launch execution & planning
  • Drive the adoption of Diabetes UP Commercial Execution Program tools & behaviors (Account planning, Call Preparation, Collaboration Platform, QBR)
  • Effective follow up on trainings and on the job coaching of Sales Reps
  • Actively supporting the Diabetes New Hire Training

KEY STAKEHOLDERS

  • Supports and builds productive working relationships with the local Diabetes Country Sales Force, Marketing and other function teams to maximize collaboration and execution
  • Strong collaboration with the Diabetes EMEA Sales Hiring and On-boarding specialist
  • Strong collaboration with the Diabetes EMEA SFE Execution Manager

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

Degree in Business, health or Engineering science
Excellent communication skills, able to connect and quickly create relationships with stakeholders within the organization

Strong creative mindset
Drive to win
Fluent in English
Self-starter
Pro-active, can-do and positive attitude
Able to influence, drive adoption of new processes & tools by articulating their value proposition
Willingness to travel up to 60%

JOB EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 5 years + of sales execution
Sales coaching experience
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Experience in presenting for groups is a plus

PREFERENCES

Additional European language (preferred: Spanish or French)
Data Analysis skills
Strong experience in Microsoft Excel
