Intento is looking for a 3-6 months Marketing Intern starting as soon as possible to join our team in Lausanne. As an intern, you will be supporting the evaluation, qualification and monitoring of prospects to help lead generation in Europe and support marketing activities, developing content for internal and external communication as well as supporting the rest of the team with administrative tasks.

The internship entails the following responsibilities:

  • Identifying, analysing, researching, and contacting prospects
  • Assisting with the production of sales and marketing materials
  • Storyboarding of informational and promotional material
  • Advising on tailored messaging to target audiences
  • Proactively manage the sales & marketing database to ensure data integrity
  • Co-develop and monitor marketing analytics dashboard used to understand better gathered data
  • Manage and support participation to scientific conferences and fairs
  • Support sales and customer service administrative tasks


  • You are currently enrolled as a student or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months) in the field of Marketing & Communications or in a scientific field
  • You have a high interest in marketing, communications and science-related content
  • Analytical skills, systematic way of working, accuracy and strong team spirit and high social competencies are important
  • Advanced skills working with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and G+
  • High sense of responsibility and integrity
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in English. French, German or any other additional languages are an asset
