Job Description

Support the Investment team in the areas of Private Markets Funds and Deal analysis, Pipeline management. Assist with industry research, monitoring and analysis of market trends, investment reports. The analyst will assist in all aspects of firm portfolio, including valuation, reporting, acquisitions, build-ups, liquidity events and exits, strategic development, and operational planning. The analyst will work closely with and alongside the senior management and analysts of the firm, and portfolio companies. The individual will also help in value creation efforts at portfolio and firm level such as automation of internal reports, Maintenance of fund databases, administrative support in daily tasks

Mission

  • Industry research, value chain analysis
  • Private Equity Fund Analysis and data mining
  • Help with production of various investment due diligence reports
  • Assist deal team with data analytics and investment modelling
  • Prepare reporting, comprehensive quarterly operational and valuation report
  • Monitoring portfolio companies performance through strict KPI’s
  • Review company updates and ensuring soundness of strategy
  • Support the investment team to source deals in specific regions
  • Support the deal captain / principal on deal transactions
  • Support deal due diligence, deal models and prepare investor memorandums

Profil

Professional experience:

  • Bachelor degree, MBA / CFA preferred
  • Minimum 6-12 months experience in Finance related field

Competencies:

    • Interest in & enthusiasm for Private Equity
    • Experienced in financial or valuation modelling and business planning
    • Extensive experience generating high quality presentations
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Analytical thinking
    • Problem solving and detail oriented
    • Team player, pro-active, flexibility
    • IT skills: Excel, PowerPoint

Language requirements: Fluent English, German and French a plus
