Data Scientist 
Location: Geneva

You will be using artificial intelligence, data visualisation and analytic engines to build insights and generate plans from data to serve our consumers worldwide in a more efficient way

You will analyse and model on big datasets by translating daily consumer touchpoints and millions of consumers behaviours to actionable recommendations 
Propose solutions for business problems by applying machine learning techniques and algorithms 
Explore patterns of consumer information and recommend business activities 
You will discover future business analytic capabilities for our category analysts and business partners 
Work on projects with data science teams, multi-functional partners and senior management to achieve the project objectives 
Work with technology partners to translate your innovations into analytic solutions 
Own our new creative applications from design-thinking up to user adoption 
Have an individual training plan, develop personal capability and grow your career within a Global environment 

Apply if you have:
A Bachelor or Master Degree in a quantitative field such as Operation Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Maths, Statistics, Analytics, Data Science or Life Science 
Strong passion for data analytics 
Able to work well in diverse backgrounds, not afraid to challenge and not afraid to be creative 
Fluent English + additional European language an advantage 
Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills 
Experience with Big Data, Ecosystem, Hadoop, Spark, MapReduce, SQL and Hive 
Skilled in scientific computing, R, Python, C++, Java and Scala 
Good understanding of Business Intelligence tools such as KNIME, Tableau and Spotfire 
Understanding of Advanced Analytical models such as Deep Neuronal Networks, Regression & Classification and Bayesian
