Our Digital Data Integration team acts a key enabler of the digital transformation of the company, by supporting all data movement in the Omnichannel landscape. We take care of all the data models, data capture, data quality at data capture – ensuring that data truly acts as glue to provide the consumer a smooth end-to-end B2C2B experience.

We have an opportunity for a Digital Data Engineer – Marketing to join our Digital teams based at in Lausanne, Switzerland.

You will be responsible for:

  • Design and develop physical data models in a domain-driven digital landscape
  • Gather requirements by coordinating closely with various product owners and architects across the Digital organization
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Analytics and Data teams to understand and implement data standards, governance principles and data quality rules which must be complied with
  • Understand and design for different technology stacks, versions considering market specificities and deployment plans Understand business needs and consumer engagement needs and be able to lead data model design and implementation Work closely with Data quality teams to ensure data quality KPIs, measures, tools and awareness are adopted within the teams, internal and external
  • Ensure data integration complies with security standard and best practices
  • Improve digital customer acquisition efforts, revenue growth, retention, and engagement for leading brands
  • Support high customer satisfaction & logistics metric scores for our online store and Marketplace Channels

 About you

  • Extensive experience working on data architecture, conceptual, logical and physical data models
  • Experience in Power Designer, data modelling tools
  • Experience with campaign data, tagging, reward management, segment and audience data management
  • Experience with web analytics, search engine marketing, email service provider, advertising, social technologies
  • Experience with consumer segmentation and profile enrichment tools Familiarity with data aspects of personalization
  • Nice to have experience with DMP onboarding, and DMP data integration
  • Nice to have experience with Dell Bomi, Kafka, Mulesoft
  • Experience with data integration of transactional, master and reference data, and working with various data and product owners
  • Experience with data quality measurements and monitoring tools and methodologies
  • Good communication skills, adaptability to a dynamically changing environment
  • Collaborative and inclusive mindset
