AI Data & Insights Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You ingest, manage, and activate data for agentic AI applications.
• You design and operate data workflows so they are not only technically sound, but also efficient, reliable, and scalable.
• Thanks to your strong analytical mindset and structured way of working, you build high-quality data pipelines and prepare datasets that enable powerful AI-driven use cases. This results in solutions with real business value, delivered as reusable data assets and workflows that organizations can apply directly.
• You support users in accessing and utilizing AI-powered insights, reduce barriers to adoption, and contribute significantly to improving data-driven decision-making and competitiveness

Your profile

• You are communicative and able to engage customers in data and AI topics. German and English
• Strong understanding of how to structure data workflows, with a process-oriented mindset to ensure high-quality data for AI applications.
• Profound knowledge of typical organizational data flows and the ability to analyze them for inefficiencies and quality issues
• Practical experience in handling and managing data, including structured and unstructured sources ideally based on Dagster, RClone, meltano, Swiss LCDM Hub would be a plus
• Ability to work with AI-supported systems and prepare data for use in such environments
• Focus on data quality, traceability, and governance.
• Interest in agentic AI workflows and systems
