OPO Oeschger AG, headquartered in Kloten, is a Swiss trading company with 300 employees. We trade in furniture and kitchen fittings, door and building hardware, as well as machinery and tools. Our customers include joineries, kitchen and interior design companies, the woodworking industry, schools, and glass and metal construction firms.

Your task:

In this role, you and your team will ensure that product information is structured, up-to-date, and available across all channels – from creating the product in SAP and maintaining it in the PIM system to displaying it in the online shop. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong commitment to quality who will actively contribute to improving our data quality.

You will record and maintain new articles in SAP and PIM according to internal data governance guidelines and ensure high data quality through the enrichment, optimization, and quality assurance of existing data. You will also procure and integrate product data from various sources and contribute to the further development of the company-wide data model. You will manage and control promotions in SAP and coordinate product clarifications with logistics and our suppliers.

You bring:

  • Completed basic commercial or technical training; further training in data management, e-commerce or media technology is an advantage.
  • Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and PIM systems (ideally Contentserv)
  • Excellent knowledge of data maintenance, data management processes, data interfaces, and product and master data modeling.
  • Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and evaluation.
  • A good understanding of B2B e-commerce processes and online shop structures.
  • Strong teamwork skills as well as a structured, precise and independent work style with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent German skills; French and/or Italian are an advantage.
