About JK Advisory Sàrl

JK Advisory Sàrl ("JKA") is a Geneva-based advisory firm providing legal, regulatory, governance, and

strategic consulting services to technology companies operating in the Web3, blockchain and digital assets

sectors. Established and headquartered in Geneva, JKA serves a Swiss and international client base that includes

blockchain protocol foundations, decentralized finance projects and institutional participants in the digital asset

ecosystem.

JKA is currently undertaking a strategic pivot along two complementary axes. First, JKA is expanding its

advisory offering into artificial intelligence applied to trading, decentralized finance and institutional digital

asset management. Second, JKA seeks to develop a proprietary agentic Web3 trading technology - AI-powered

software tools that autonomously execute trading strategies in decentralized on-chain environments - which it

intends to license and commercialize to clients alongside its advisory services. To execute this dual expansion,

JKA requires a senior hire who combines deep AI and DeFi technical expertise with proven product

development and institutional business development capabilities.

Role Summary

JKA is seeking a senior leader to fill a dual-function role combining AI technical leadership with business

growth and partnership development, based full-time at JKA's Geneva office. This is a foundational hire that

will define JKA's new AI advisory practice and proprietary product offering. This role requires constant

interaction and collaboration with the CEO on projects, commercial strategies, hiring plans to bolster the

expansion of the Geneva office, as well as allocating and managing budgets,

Key Responsibilities

A. AI Technical Leadership: Advisory Services & Proprietary Product Development

Advisory services

• Design and build JKA's new AI advisory vertical, defining service offerings at the intersection of

artificial intelligence, algorithmic trading and decentralized finance

• Advise clients on the technical and operational aspects of deploying AI co-pilots and automated trading

agents in on-chain environments, including security hardening, smart contract architecture and risk

management

• Evaluate and advise on AI infrastructure choices (FPGA/GPU acceleration, cloud vs. on-premise

inference) for clients’ trading and risk management systems

Proprietary product development

• Architect, develop, and lead the build-out of JKA's proprietary agentic Web3 trading technology (incl.

product roadmap, technical specifications from proof-of-concept through to a production-ready,

licensable product)

• Oversee the technical quality, security, and auditability of the proprietary trading technology, including

smart contract architecture, model validation, and testing

B. Business Growth & Institutional Partnerships

Originate, develop and manage consulting, advisory and licensing mandates with a specific focus on Geneva

Swiss markets for institutions:

• Serve as JKA's primary senior point of contact for clients on AI and DeFi matters
• Conducting regular in-person meetings, presentations/workshops and leverage and develop existing

network of institutional relationships in Switzerland and abroad

• Forge strategic partnerships with institutions, innovation hubs and academic institutions to strengthen

JKA's local positioning in the AI × finance ecosystem in Switzerland and abroad

1C. Geneva Team Building & Knowledge Transfer

• Recruit, onboard and manage additional local-based team members to scale both the AI advisory

practice and the product development effort, including technical consultants, AI/ML engineers, and

business development professionals

• Mentor, train and transfer technical knowledge to junior team members on AI × DeFi advisory delivery,

product development methodology, client engagement and institutional relationship management

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical

discipline

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience combining AI/machine learning engineering, algorithmic

trading systems and blockchain/DeFi protocol development

• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in designing, building and deploying AI/ML models for financial

applications (e.g., trade execution algorithms, arbitrage systems, predictive pricing models, automated

market-making)

• Proven track record in DeFi protocol engineering: smart contract development (Solidity/EVM), on-

chain execution optimization and integration with major DeFi infrastructure (e.g., Balancer,

MakerDAO, Uniswap or equivalent)

• Experience architecting and delivering technology products from concept to market, including defining

product roadmaps, leading development teams, and managing release cycles in a startup or early-stage

environment

• Experience with AI hardware acceleration (FPGA, GPU-based inference) and/or reconfigurable

computing applied to high-performance trading or computational workloads

• Proven entrepreneurial and business growth experience at the executive level (e.g., leading or

developing technology ventures, raising institutional venture capital and scaling products from concept

to market)

• Strong public speaking, investor relations and thought leadership track record (e.g., major industry

conferences, published technical research, media visibility)

• Fluent in English; working knowledge of French is a plus but not required
